2. Department of Public Works – Standby vs. meter only charges Treasurer will consult w/PSC to find out rules

5. Office Administration- Resident complaints about barking dogs at Three Bears, and garbage in yard. Resident states that they called Monroe County and they said they couldn’t do anything about the dog. Clerk gave her Jeff Leis’ number. Call from Schlicenmeyer about eye sore.
