Meeting was opened at 6:30 pm by T. Malinger, who led the Pledge of Allegiance. Attendees: D. Oakes, T. Malinger, M. Rezin, J. Krultz, A. Werner. Also in attendance; Clerk- K. Oakes, Treasurer- N. Zellmer.

New Business

  1. Cleaning proposal- Motion made to change cleaners by M. Rezin, D. Oakes 2nd CARRIED (will start Jan 1, 2024) J. Krultz-Abstained

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

  1. Warrens Monroe Commission – NO ACTION
  2. Department of Public Works –Discussion; garbage pick-up for 5-unit rentals (Commercial)
  3. Planning/Zoning – NO ACTION
  4. Audit/Budget- Finalize budget for 2024 need budget summary for newspaper Jason will come on Thursday to finish.
  5. Office Administration – Clerk’s upcoming surgery/Simplified Rate Case accepted by PSC. Rate increase will take effect at December read. (the 29th)

Unfinished Business

        1. CCF proposal -Motion to switch banking needs to CFF made by D. Oakes, A. Werner 2nd. CARRIED.
