Meeting was called to order at 6:31 pm by J. Krultz, who led the Pledge of Allegiance. Board members in attendance were: J. Krultz, T. Malinger, D. Oakes, A. Werner, M. Rezin. Also in attendance: Clerk – K. Oakes, Treasurer- N. Zellmer, PWM- B. Knoepker

Motion to accept Agenda made by T. Malinger, A. Werner 2^nd. CARRIED

New Business

1. Addition to log building for storage of tables & chairs. Needs to be an approved project by Village so funds can be released. Estimated cost is $20,000. Planning on building next summer. Motion to approve project by M. Rezin, A. Werner 2^nd. CARRIED
2. Simplified Rate Case (see handout) Motion to go forward with simplified rate case, effective January 24^th made by J. Krultz, D. Oakes 2^nd. CARRIED
3. Proposal from CCF will have further discussion next month. NO ACTION

MINUTES: July 11, 2023- Motion by T. Malinger, D. Oakes, CARRIED. August 8, 2023- Motion by A. Werner, T. Malinger 2^nd. CARRIED.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

1. Warrens Monroe Commission – NO ACTION
2. Department of Public Works – “No Parking” signs on Gamble Street Motion to put No Parking signs on Gamble made by A. Werner, M. Rezin 2^nd. CARRIED
3. Planning/Zoning – NO ACTION
4. Audit/Budget- Working on Budget for 2023. There are a few items left to get for CLA for 2021 Audit.
5. Office Administration – Costco Membership program. Clerk will see if they have hand-outs or pamphlets, etc.

Board members went into Closed session at 8:07 pm. Roll Call: Malinger, here; Krultz, here; Rezin, here; Werner, here; Oakes, here.

The Board came back into open session at 8:59 pm by motion offered from T. Malinger, D. Oakes 2^nd. CARRIED

Motion made by T. Malinger, A. Werner 2^nd, to approve a 1-time bonus week of vacation for K. Oakes. Motion CARRIED with D. Oakes, abstaining.
