Meeting opened at 6:30 pm by J. Krultz, who led the Pledge of Allegiance. Attendees – A. Werner, T. Malinger, D. Oakes, J. Krultz, M. Rezin. Also in attendance – Clerk, K. Oakes, Treasurer, N. Zellmer, Public Works, B. Knoepker

Motion to approve agenda made by D. Oakes, T. Malinger 2nd. CARRIED

New Business

  1. Board of Review dates – Open Book May 9th, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm; Board of Review May 16th, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
  2. Draft for 2020 Audit is complete. Final report to be voted on at June meeting for approval

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

  1. Warrens Monroe Commission – NO ACTION
  2. Department of Public Works –Spring Clean-up week of May 8-12.
  3. Planning/Zoning – Pictures of possible violations. Clerk will send copies of ordinances for signs, R1 and Comm/Rec to board members. Will set up a working meeting to discuss.
  4. Audit/Budget- waiting for final audit report from CLA
  5. Office Administration- Renewal letters for liquor licenses/operator’s licenses have gone out in the mail. Jason will send letter to businesses concerning late payments for 2% voluntary tax. Clerk will work with president on letter to resident with unlicensed/registered vehicles in yard. Clerk will contact Kim Schroeder about wording for beautification program through CranFest.
