Meeting opened at 6:30 pm by J. Krultz, who led the Pledge of Allegiance. Board attendees were A. Werner, T. Malinger, J. Krultz, D. Oakes & M. Rezin. Also in attendance- Clerk, K.Oakes; Public Works, B. Knoepker, Treasurer, N. Zellmer.
Motion made to approve the agenda by T. Malinger, D. Oakes 2nd. CARRIED

COMMITTEE REPORTS:
- Warrens Monroe Commission – NO ACTION
- Department of Public Works – Report given by Public Works Manager
- Planning/Zoning – NO ACTION
- Audit/Budget- 2020 Audit is finished. By August will check with CLA for Teams meetings for 2021 Audit
- Office Administration – Log building rental rates for townships Jason has been in contact with Pete Dorn (Town of Grant) to find out if they wish to pursue office space at the Warrens Log Building

- Sign Ordinance 2023- Working meeting to be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 5:30 pm
