November 10, 2022

Meeting was called to order by J. Krultz, who led the Pledge of Allegiance at 6:30 pm. Board members in attendance were J. Krultz, A. Werner, M. Rezin, and D. Oakes. T. Malinger was absent. Also in attendance-Clerk, K. Oakes, Treasurer, N. Zellmer.

Mr. Chad Wasielewski, Kevin Kenyon, and Jeff Le Mere attended to discuss zoning district at Three Bears Resort.

Motion made to accept agenda by M. Rezin, A. Werner 2nd. CARRIED

New Business

  1. Budget 2023 – New meeting for working on budget scheduled for Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 5:00 pm.

Budget Summary will be sent to paper by Friday, November 18h before noon, to be published by

Monday, November 21. Public meeting for budget 2023 will be held on December 5th @ 5:00

pm.

  1. Old park models being moved to lot on 400 block for rentals? Discussion about HOA or zoning changes, what would work best and be the easiest to establish and/or enforce, etc.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

  1. Warrens Monroe Commission – NO ACTION
  2. Department of Public Works – Estimate for road going up along school parking lot.
  3. Planning/Zoning – Clerk will email zoning ordinances for Commercial Rec/Residential 1 to Mr. Le Mere.
  4. Audit/Budget- Starting to get reports together for 2020 Village Audit
  5. Office Administration- Trick or Treat times – did have complaints about the 4:00-6:00 timeframe as some kids do

not get off bus until 4:00 pm

Health insurance renewal for December raise in premiums Motion made to approve Renewal by A. Werner, D. Oakes 2nd CARRIED

Possibility of Board Members working elections if unable to find other workers

Computers – 5 years old/ when does support end? End of the year. Request CIVIC specs

/computers, etc.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

  1. TIF discussion/action

Communications – Delinquent Account list, Current bank reconciliations, Annual Calendar

Liquor Licenses-/Operator’s Licenses –

Transfer and Payment of Bills- Motion made by D. Oakes, A. Werner 2nd. CARRIED

Adjournment – Motion to adjourn meeting at 8:37 pm by M. Rezin, A. Werner. CARRIED
