- Premier tax discussion Jason will continue working on the numbers to see which way the village would have to apply for this
- Employee Reviews dates Board will meet on Wednesday, December 28th for Employee Reviews. Reviews will be scheduled for 6:00 pm, 6:45 pm, and 7:30 pm

- Office Administration – Ken Tuelp stopped in to complain about speeding on Blossom Drive. Wondered if Village could put up speed bumps. Would that affect snow plowing? Send email to Brian about 25 speed limit sign to the 500 block of Pine Street.
