Meeting opened at 6:32 pm by J. Krultz, who led the Pledge of Allegiance. Board members in attendance- J. Krultz, A.Werner, M. Rezin, D. Oakes, T. Malinger. Also in attendance Clerk, K. Oakes, Treasurer, N.Zellmer & Public Works, B. Knoepker

Motion made to accept agenda by D. Oakes, A. Werner 2nd CARRIED

New Business

  1. Fire Department Board Rep – J. Krultz reported that the board for the Fire Department met to work on by-laws, etc.
  2. Retail Alcohol Ordinance discussion. NO ACTION

MINUTES: February 14, 2023 Motion made by D Oakes to accept with noted corrections, T. Malinger 2nd. CARRIED

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

  1. Warrens Monroe Commission – NO ACTION
  2. Department of Public Works – Spring Clean-up, charges for extras Mattresses will be accepted this year for spring clean-up, but probably not next year. If there is snow to plow on Mondays, garbage pick-up will be moved to Tuesdays. If it is a recycle week, recycle will be moved from Tuesday to Wednesday. Request for funding has been submitted to help with the painting of the water tower.
  3. Planning/Zoning – NO ACTION
  4. Audit/Budget – Weekly meetings with Jake from CLA to stay on track with audits.
  5. Office Administration-
    1. Training Opportunities- Upcoming Green Bay Treasurer’s Institute for Nicki in July.
    2. Resident’s Concerns/Complaints- Received a couple calls concerning loose dogs running in other people’s yards and leaving messes. Board ok’d to put in newsletter.
    3. Reminders in newsletter. Keeping front sidewalks clear so pedestrians can walk safely down the street/keeping dogs on a leash when off owner’s premises. Rough draft of newsletter for board members.

  1. TIF discussion/action NO ACTION
  2. Update for Employee Handbook NO ACTION

Communications – Delinquent Account list, Annual Calendar

Liquor Licenses-/Operator’s Licenses – NO ACTION

Transfer and Payment of Bills- Motion made by A. Werner to transfer and pay bills, D. Oakes 2nd. CARRIED

Adjournment – Motion made by M. Rezin to close meeting at 7:47 pm, A. Werner 2nd. CARRIED
