Meeting was opened at 6:36 pm by J. Krultz who led the Pledge of Allegiance. In attendance: J. Krultz, D. Oakes, T. Malinger, M. Rezin and A. Werner. Also in attendance: K. Oakes, Clerk/Treasurer, T. Swope, Dep Clerk/Treasurer

- Liquor License ordinance amendment- Motion to approve T. Malinger, A. Werner 2nd. CARRIED

- Planning/Zoning – Vacancies need to be filled. Motion by J. Krultz to appoint A. Werner to Planning/Zoning committee. D. Oakes 2nd. CARRIED

- Office Administration- Election Machine paperwork Hold on signing paperwork until more info is found. Clerk will call County Clerk

- Response to Mowing letters – only two residents have replied Clerk will send out another batch of mowing/clean-up letters to residents on list.
