February 14, 2023

Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by J. Krultz, who led the Pledge of Allegiance. Board member in attendance were D. Oakes, T. Malinger, J. Krultz, M..Rezin, and A. Werner. Also in attendance, Clerk- K. Oakes, Treasurer- N. Zellmer, and Public Works Manager, B. Knoepker.

Motion made to approve agenda by M. Rezin, T. Malinger 2^nd. CARRIED

New Business

1. TASD – representatives from the school district came and presented their case for a non-recurring operational referendum that will be on the April ballot.
2. Fire Department Board Rep -J. Krultz has volunteered to represent the Village for the first 2 year term on the Fire Dept Board as they work towards setting up their own entity.
3. Warrens Area Foundation (quick informational presentation) – Sara Moseley explained the need for a local foundation and what steps they have already taken.

MINUTES: January 10, 2023 & Caucus Minutes – Motion made to approve the minutes by A. Werner, D. Oakes 2^nd 4 Ayes T. Malinger Abstained CARRIED

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

1. Warrens Monroe Commission – J. Krultz will be calling CLA to get an idea where we are at in finishing 2020 audit.
2. Department of Public Works – Brian is changing Spring pickup and running hydrants this year. Running the hydrants will be on the week of May 1^st – 5^th. Clean up will be May 8^th – May 12^th. TVs and monitors will be $10.00 each and must be paid at the Village office before being picked up. Tires will now be $5.00 a tire.

5. Office Administration- 2022 Log Bldg Revenues & Expenditures to go to Lion’s – Send copy of spreadsheet to Brian after removing the Park Bathrooms and Water bill that has been disconnected..
