Built by the Warrens Lions Club and gifted to the Village, the building has become a valued part of the community — welcoming residents and visitors alike.

The Warrens Community Building is located next to the softball field and the Warrens Park playground, making it an excellent choice for family-friendly events or larger gatherings that include outdoor fun.

To check availability or request a rental:
Please fill out the Community Building Rental Request Form. Once your request is received, our staff will review the details. If the date is available, we will send you a rental agreement to complete your reservation.

All rentals require a $150 security deposit.
Village of Warrens residents receive a discount: $50 off wedding rentals, $25 off eligible events (marked *).

Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable.
Occupancy Limit: The facility provides tables and chairs to seat up to 300 guests. This capacity is based on current fire safety regulations and facility layout. Final occupancy limits may be subject to local code enforcement or inspection.
Security Deposit: A refundable $150 security deposit is required for all rentals. This deposit must be paid in advance and will be returned pending a post-event inspection.
