Meeting was called to order by J. Krultz, who then led the Pledge of Allegiance. In attendance: D. Oakes, T. Malinger, J. Krultz, A. Werner. Absent: M. Rezin. Also in attendance, Clerk – K Oakes, Treasurer- N. Zellmer.
New Business
- Consideration of Appropriation of $1,200,000 in TID Funds for Partial Payment of Community Development Authority 2004 Unextended and Extended Bonds on November 1, 2023. Motion made by A. Werner, J. Krultz 2nd . CARRIED
- Resolution #2023-09-3 of the Village Board for closure of streets during Cranberry Festival. Motion made by A. Werner, D. Oakes 2nd. CARRIED
